What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years' experience in Technical or Production Management, Understanding of Events industry, Experience managing complex productions, Knowledge of event production workflows, Knowledge of tech specs, Knowledge of health & safety regulations, Working knowledge of Virtual meeting platforms/technologies, Commercial awareness, Experience working with suppliers, Experience managing vendor relationships
Nice to Have
CAD skills advantageous
What You'll Do.
Lead onsite and virtual production delivery
Support creation of production budgets
Research and develop event specification
Work with technical suppliers
Brief crew and suppliers
Update requirements during delivery
Create crew documents
Manage creation and distribution of action plans
Provide accurate responses to client requests
Make updates to requirements
Creation of the production execution plan
Deliver projects safely and controlled
Follow all approval procedures
Ensure Live Events quality procedures are followed
Ensure sustainability procedures are followed
Maintain appropriate records
Manage event accessories
Provide hands-on production management support
Manage technical budgets
Flag budget anomalies
Maintain up to date technical knowledge
Maintain expertise around delivery techniques
Maintain expertise around equipment
