If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary **Responsibilities:** * Support new product introduction, design changes, process improvements, and test procedures. * Monitoring and tracking of bone pile. * Follow-up on work order closures. * Monitor technology trends and market demand for project planning. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feasibility, cost, and customer requirements. * Develop budgets, forecast costs, and contribute to strategic and AOP planning. * Define material, equipment, and manpower needs. * Prioritize and manage production schedules to meet customer demand. * Coordinate with planning, distribution, and other functions. * Recruit, develop, and manage production personnel. * Ensure manufacturing performance meets quality and cost targets. * Resolve complex operational issues and support decision-making. * Manage budgets and production schedules. * Maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders. * Lead negotiations and resolve conflicts to meet plant objectives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 3+ years in operations. * Strong expertise in manufacturing or related technical areas (Backend/ SMT). * Advanced leadership, process management, and stakeholder management skills. * Knowledge of multiple manufacturing processes and cross-functional dependencies. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases). **What you will receive for the excellent work you deliver:** * Competitive salary * Life and medical insurance * Christmas bonus * Food vouchers * Savings fund JM54 ## ## Jo
