We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Production Manager to oversee daily food production operations within a fast-paced airline catering / outside events environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all desserts / pastries are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards while meeting strict client requirements. The Production Manager will lead production teams, coordinate with multiple departments, and maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety. * Manage and supervise daily food production operations for airline and events catering services. * Ensure all production schedules are completed accurately and on time to meet client requirements. * Coordinate staffing levels and labour planning to support operational demands. * Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control standards. * Ensure compliance with HACCP, food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures. * Work closely with procurement, logistics, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operational flow. * Monitor stock usage, minimise waste, and support cost-control initiatives. * Lead, motivate, and develop production staff through training and performance management. * Conduct regular operational checks
