Must Have
Minimum 8 years of manufacturing leadership experience within an industrial or automotive manufacturing environment., understanding of manufacturing operations, production workflows, and process improvement methodologies., Experience managing production KPIs, operational reporting, and manufacturing budgets., Demonstrated experience with quality control systems, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives., Experience with lean manufacturing, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency improvement., leadership, coaching, and employee development experience., Experience supporting CAPEX planning, ROI analysis, and equipment investment justification., problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills., Proficiency with ERP systems, manufacturing systems, and Microsoft Office applications., Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
What You'll Do.
Lead daily manufacturing operations
Maintain accountability for manufacturing budgets
Build & monitor production schedules
Promote operational accountability
Support warranty investigations
Ensure quality control procedures
Support incoming inspection activities
Lead process improvement initiatives
Identify operational constraints
Partner with Product Development
Maintain and report on operational KPIs
Lead Gemba activities
Develop and maintain SOPs
Support employee onboarding
Facilitate productivity workshops
Support preventative maintenance planning
Assist with work center loading
Develop business cases
Promote and enforce safe work practices
Support compliance with safety policies
Drive workplace organization

Team & Collaboration
cross-functional coordination; Partner with Product Development and cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and product-related issues.; Lead and develop production personnel within the manufacturing operation.; Establish clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards across production teams.; Support employee development through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management.; Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
