5 years management experience, Lean manufacturing environment experience, Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Experience leading and developing associates, Ability to obtain project deliverables, Ability to meet company metrics, Ability to read, write, speak English, Ability to maintain high volume, Ability to maintain high quality, Ability to work in fast-paced environment, Ability to work overtime, Ability to work weekends, Ability to walk up to three miles, Ability to stand for extended periods, Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, Requires use of safety equipment, Valid unrestricted driver's license, Clean driving record last 3 years, At least 18 years of age
