Must Have
Degree in Engineering or in a related technical area, Minimum 3 years of experience related to production management, Experience with automotive industry standards, Previous experience in production launches/programs or equivalent, Available to travel with minimal notification in urgent situations, Knowledge of quality tools and Lean methods, Previous experience leading & developing production teams, Skills in the following domains: 5Why’s, FMEA, SPC, Time and Motion Analysis, basic financial and cost analysis, Communication skills, both written and verbal, Basic problem-solving skills, Knowledge of effective health, safety and ergonomics practices and concepts, Fluent in Portuguese, Fluent in English
