What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years experience in production management, Experience in cosmetic and OTC manufacturing, Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, Experience in filling, labeling, assembly, and packaging operations, Experience with FDA regulations, Experience with GMP requirements, Experience with SOPs, Experience with safety standards, Experience with internal quality systems
Nice to Have
Lean manufacturing experience, Continuous improvement experience, Exposure to customer audits, Exposure to investigations, Exposure to CAPA/deviation systems
