Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of manufacturing experience with supervisory or management responsibility, Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing tools and 5S implementation, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience working within ISO 9001 or similar quality systems preferred
