Attain production goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements. This role is responsible for leading complex manufacturing operations while ensuring process stability, workforce effectiveness, and alignment with customer expectations in a high-volume environment. **What a typical day looks like:** * Lead swing shift operations across power rack assembly, sub-assembly, system integration, and test, ensuring production targets and customer delivery commitments are met. Apply strong electrical and manufacturing knowledge to support troubleshooting, product builds, and continuous improvement of high-power systems and processes. * Partner with Engineering (ME/TE/IE) and cross-functional teams (Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics) to sustain robust processes, optimize material flow, and ensure operational continuity.
