Must Have
5+ years Management Supervisory Team Building, 5 years of manufacturing production and operations, Experience in Electrical Manufacturing Technology in a high volume highly automated setting, Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Nice to Have
Six Sigma, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Transactional Lean to drive improvement, Expert skills in Kronos MRP time keeping systems _Raptor (preferred)_, Advanced people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills, Excellent Excel and PowerPoint spreadsheet (PC), presentation and database software, Experience and understanding of budgeting/expense management with basic understanding of financial accounting practices is highly desirable
