What You'll Do.

Set up and support filling equipment

Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment

Support preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime

Transfer bulk product into designated holding containers following SOPs

Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts

Full Job Description

**Company:** Wasatch Labs **Key Responsibilities** **Equipment Cleaning & Sanitation** * Perform cleaning, disassembly, and reassembly of filling and packaging equipment * Execute sanitation of equipment and production lines in compliance with GMP standards * Ensure all cleaning activities are documented per SOP requirements **Equipment Setup & Operation** * Set up and adjust packaging equipment, including: * Coding devices * Heat tunnels * L-sealers * Steam tunnels * Induction sealers * Set up and support filling equipment, including: * Tube fillers * Rotary fillers * Positive displacement (PD) fillers * Hot fill systems **Maintenance & Troubleshooting** * Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment * Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues; escalate complex repairs as needed * Support preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime **Production & Material Handling Support** * Transfer bulk product into designated holding containers following SOPs * Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policy * Assist with line changeovers and startup activities **Compliance & Documentation** * Follow all GMP, safety, and company policies * Accurately complete required documentation (logs, checklists, batch records) * Maintain a clean and organized work environment **Qualifications** ** _Required_** * _High school diploma or equivalent_ * _7 + years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or related field _ * _Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills_ * _Ability to follow SOPs and work in a GMP-regulated environment_ * _Strong attention to detail and organizational skills_ ** _Preferred_** * _Experience in cosmetics, personal care, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing_ * _Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)_ * _Experience with filling and packaging equipment listed above_ **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** * Working knowledge of GMP principles and sanitation stand
