The individual is responsible to operate the equipment efficiently to meet productivity and product quality performance objectives, demonstrate a positive attitude and open-mindedness in order to optimize teamwork. This individual must have industrial mechanic competencies and be able to learn how to adjust, troubleshoot, repair and operate machinery in the facility. Tasks: * Operate all the consoles and make the required adjustments to the various components of the equipment; * Ensure the production of products according to the production schedule; * Use different tools and/or equipment. Responsible for the tools made available to him; * Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and perform preventive maintenance. Find solutions to production problems; * Coordinate the execution of tasks within his team (8 people); * Provide staff training; * Ensure that each procedure is respected (quality, health and safety, etc.);
