What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Supervisory experience, Experience in fast-paced production or manufacturing environment, Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing, Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader position, Track record of delivering production targets, Good understanding of manufacturing machinery, Good understanding of production processes, Good understanding of operational best practice, Leadership skills, Ability to motivate, develop, and engage a diverse workforce, Excellent problem-solving skills, Confidence to make quick and effective decisions
Nice to Have
Health & Safety Level 2, NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading or Packing Operations, Proactive approach to continuous improvement, Genuine commitment to driving operational excellence
What You'll Do.
Ensure colleagues are trained

Achieve hourly and daily production targets
Monitor product quality
Ensure finished goods meet specifications
Identify and escalate quality issues
Maximise production efficiency

Conduct routine safety checks
Support incident response
Ensure compliance with site procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives
