Eligibility Requirements

Must be flexible to run any machine and/or forklift once trained, Hiring for night crew positions, 12-hour rotating schedule, 12-hour Night Shift: 7:00pm – 7:00am, Must be able to adapt to both hot and cold temperatures within the plant, Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel, Regularly required to reach with hands and arms, Frequently required to stand, Frequently required to walk, Frequently required to talk, Frequently required to hear, Occasionally required to sit, Occasionally required to climb, Occasionally required to balance, Occasionally required to stoop, Occasionally required to kneel, Occasionally required to crouch, Occasionally required to crawl, Must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proof of High School Diploma or GED is required, Must be able to clear background, physical and drug screening, Proficient in basic math, Proficient in reading and comprehension of work instructions, Proficient in use of a computer, Willingness to work in a team environment, Willingness to participate in safety/quality/production improvement activities

Nice to Have

Solid, stable work history, Previous industrial experience preferred
