As a machine operator, you will work on a team of 6 – 7 operators and a team coordinator who are supported by the control room operator. Your team will make the compounds we send to other Prysmian plants to create the cable helping to transform the world around us! **Shifts:** * Training will be M-F from 7a-3p for 4-6 weeks (training schedule is flexible). Upon completion of training, you will work 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule: * Week 1: work M/T, off W/Th, work F/Sa/Su. * Week 2: off M/T, work W/Th, off F/Sa/Su. **Pay** : * $25.97 - $28.82 + $3/HR Shift Premium. * Medical Dental, Vision Starts on Day One. **Principal Duties & Responsibilities:** * Complete routine product
