Must Have

High school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or warehouse roles (within the last 7 years), Ability to pass a skills test, background check, and drug screening, Visual ability to distinguish 12 basic colors, Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, Manually roll reels up to 800 lbs (with or without accommodation), Comfortable working 12-hour shifts with physical movement (stooping, bending, standing, sitting)

Nice to Have

Proficiency in basic calculations, Proficiency in measurement tools (calipers, tape measures, thickness gauges), Full range of motion in shoulders, arms, hands, and fingers
