A key position in our production team, the Production Lead must be organized, detail oriented, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **On a daily basis our Production Lead:** * Understands and communicates the production schedule and ensures department standards are met. * Performs quality checks; First article inspections and in-process check to ensure lines are producing to the Suncoast standard. * Train new employees in different department functions such as, basic floor processes, product flow and procedures, provide on-going training to the team as required. * Monitor incoming packaging and chemical materials so that the production station runs un-interrupted throughout the shift. * Maintains Suncoast 5S+ standards in the department. * Disposition segregated non-conforming material. * Ensures proper removal and disposal of chemical liners, supersacks, and other packaging remnants. * Documents lot codes in the department as needed. * Signs off on clean out and shut down procedures. * Any other
