**Production Lead** **Help shape the future of aquaculture** At BioMar Tech Center, ideas quickly become reality. As our new Production & Process Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that innovation can be turned into safe, efficient and reliable production. You will work at the intersection of production, process technology and R&D, helping bridge the gap between development and execution. **Drive innovation through pilot production and process excellence** In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily pilot production activities while supporting process development and technology implementation. You will collaborate closely with scientists, operators, quality, raw materials, maintenance and the Global Process Network.
