Industry & Context.
stand, walk, talk, hear, lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds, uses both hands, full range of motion of the neck, head and back, reach with hands and arms, grasp, perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motions, climb stairs, kneel/squat, bend, carry, close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, wear a headset covering one or both ears, Basic literacy is required, Work environment is moderately noisy, work near conveyor systems, exposure to dust, changes in weather conditions, typical warehouse conditions, machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, mechanized systems, Work environment is hectic and fast-paced, regularly exposed to ambient lighting, exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold, climates consistent with outside weather conditions

Must Have
Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information, Basic math skills in counting and quantity required, Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require, Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines, Ability to work both independently and within a team, Comprehend verbal and written instructions, Regular and prompt attendance, Essential days or overtime may be required
Nice to Have
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, 1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities
What You'll Do.
Pick product from designated locations
Place product into cartons or totes
Restock product into designated locations
Inspect and audit outbound customer orders
Direct completed orders to be invoiced and shipped
Operate a voice or Radio Frequency unit
Check out equipment and return it
Meet minimum production and accuracy standards
