Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, Active Secret Security Clearance, Experience troubleshooting complex CCAs, Experience performing RCCA investigations, Manufacturing or production support experience, Ability to read electrical schematics, Ability to read PCB layouts, Ability to read Bills of Material, Hands-on proficiency with test equipment

Production Hardware Electrical Engineer Location: Tucson, AZ This role supports production operations by troubleshooting complex electrical and electronic systems, driving root-cause investigations, resolving factory and supplier issues, and implementing corrective actions. The engineer will coordinate across cross-functional teams to develop and execute resolution plans, maintain technical documentation, and support manufacturing yield improvements. Responsibilities Troubleshoot production, factory, and supplier-related electrical issues. Perform root-cause investigations and corrective action implementation. Develop and execute troubleshooting plans while coordinating cross-functional teams. Drive issues to completion through ownership, communication, and status reporting. Maintain Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and create engineering change documentation using cPDM. Present engineering changes to Review Boards and Change Boards. Participate in peer reviews across Engineering and Operations teams. Utilize lab equipment including: Oscilloscopes Logic analyzers Function generators Programmable power supplies Spectrum analyzers Network analyzers Analyze defect and yield data to identify and implement process improvements.
