Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production control, expediting, supply chain, or operations support, understanding of production scheduling and supplier management processes, Ability to identify process constraints, quality concerns, and production planning gaps, Experience working with inventory, materials planning, logistics, or shipping coordination, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, Proficiency with reporting tools and standard business software, Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read and write in both languages, Must be a local, Must be a U. S. citizen or U. S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder)
Nice to Have
Aerospace, automotive, or medical device manufacturing background is preferred
What You'll Do.
Monitor daily production activity
Track progress against schedules
Provide status updates on open orders
Identify potential risks to delivery dates
Coordinate with supplier teams on production priorities
Review production plans
Help ensure parts are produced and shipped on time
Communicate daily and weekly updates
Support issue resolution
Verify supplier focus remains on critical parts
Maintain accurate reports and documentation
Runs reports as needed
