Production Engineering Manager (Wing) **Company:** Boeing Ukraine LLC **Boeing Ukraine** is currently looking for a **Production Engineering Manager** to join our Production Engineering Team in**Kyiv, Ukraine.** **Responsibilities:** * Develop project plans, directs all project phases, and acting as primary customer contact for project activities. * Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. * Implement policies and procedures and sets operational goals. * Acquire resources for projects and processes coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between project and team, finance, sourcing, and scheduling. * Develop and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports. * Manage via project deliverables, all technical and functional staff assigned to the project. * Identify and manage actively opportunities, risks, and issues to ensure effective resolution or mitigation, and coordinate required activities to ensure successful delivery. * Identify and manage project dependencies and the associated critical path(s). * Track and report project status relative to the approved business case and scope, with transparency and insight into the overall health of the project. * Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and Presentations. * Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and investigate problem areas. * Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. * Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle. * Effectively run Project meetings from project kick-off to Post-implementation Review ensuring all stakeholders meet their responsibilities. **Basic Qualifications:** * Candidates must have at least one year of experience
