Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent, 3+ years of experience performing Material Review Board (MRB) product review, Currently have or previously held MRB certification from any Boeing business unit or other aerospace OEM, At least one year of experience in a leadership role or completed Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”, Able to work any shift

Nice to Have

5+ years of MRB as an engineer, 5+ years of experience working in a production/flight-line environment, Experience in leading or managing teams, Experience working with cross-functional teams
