enables production delivery by ensuring trusted production data is available to support operational, financial, and regulatory processes and decisions; ensuring accurate and consistent production volumes across all wells, participating areas, and pools; ensure consistency, readiness, and data quality; ensure accurate data model configuration; ensuring production volume calculations and inventory balances are accurate and aligned with regulatory and commercial requirements; ensuring accurate and timely delivery of data to Finance, Commercial, and other downstream stakeholders; improve production visibility, decision-making, and continuous improvement in Production Delivery

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Legally authorized to work in the United States, Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent oil & gas industry experience, 1 or more years of data management experience
Nice to Have
Intermediate knowledge of the oil industry, production allocation and accounting principles, Experience with building and maintaining technical tools & dashboards, code generation & interpretation, Demonstrated ability to work across functions to achieve business unit objectives, written and verbal communication and the ability to work with a diverse, multi-disciplined workforce, Well-developed planning skills including the ability to prioritize workload, meet commitments and produce desired results
What You'll Do.

Provide subject‑matter expertise for production allocation
Proactively track and maintain wellbore information
Establish and apply the expertise required to develop regulatory production reporting deliverables
Provide subject matter expertise for production restatement and historical corrections
Support allocation planning for the Greater Willow Area (GWA)
Develop and maintain engineering analytics

We are the largest crude oil producer in Alaska and have major ownership interests in the Prudhoe Bay, Kuparuk and Western North Slope asset areas. Additionally, we are one of Alaska’s largest owners of state, federal and fee exploration leases, with approximately one million net undeveloped acres at year-end 2025. Alaska operations contributed 12 percent of our consolidated liquids production and one percent of our consolidated natural gas production.
