### **rocess Quality Analyst / Engineer** **Job Summary:** The role is responsible for analyzing statistical process control data collected from machine operators to monitor, identify, and sustain favorable trends in process and product quality. The position plays a key role in ensuring consistent production standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the plant. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze statistical control data to monitor process stability and product quality. * Identify trends, deviations, and potential quality issues in manufacturing processes. * Collaborate with process engineering and production teams to investigate root causes of quality concerns. * Implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate or minimize recurrence of issues. * Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency and quality standards. * Ensure adherence to plant quality guidelines and operational procedures. **Qualifications & Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, **OR** * Diploma (2-year degree) with at least 6 years of relevant experience, **OR** * An equivalent combination of education and practical experience. **Skills Required:** * Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to collaborate cross-functionally * Attention to detail and process orientation * Good communication and reporting skills
