This role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about manufacturing, eager to work directly on the production floor, and excited to help scale clean critical metal production. This engineer will be embedded in the daily operations of our 24/7 facility, working to optimize processes, solve real-world problems, and help shape the future of sustainable manufacturing. This role follows a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, working 3 days one week and 4 days the following week over night. ## Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor advanced production equipment used in clean metals processing Perform in-process checks and adjustments to ensure consistent product quality Collect, analyze, and report production data to support process improvements Perform basic mechanical and operational troubleshooting on production systems Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and uptime Conduct equipment startups, shutdowns, and transitions between produ
