Must Have
Right to live and work in the UK, Minimum 5 years manufacturing engineering experience, Create programs, solid/surface models & drawings in CAM system, Work with a wide range of materials to tight tolerances, Good understand of G, D & T, Able to work within a team and on their own, Must have a passion for product and process excellence and customer satisfaction, Able to programme, set & operate 3, 4 & 5 axis on Mill / Turn Mazak Integrex machines, In-depth knowledge of engineering processes, materials, and treatments, Basic O’ Level / GCSE Qualifications, technical qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ), Full UK Driving Licence, Proficient in standard Microsoft office software applications
Nice to Have
CAD / CAM Training – Mastercam, Good working knowledge of ERP system (IFS), Able to produce drawings / models accurately to ISO and ASME Y14. 5 Geometric Tolerancing, Programme, set & operate 3, 4 & 5 axis machines with Mazak, Fanuc & Heidenhain controls, Security Clearance, Apprentice trained
