The role focuses on ensuring efficient, reliable, and scalable production processes that deliver the highest standards of quality, productivity, and operational performance while minimizing costs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. **Characterization of activities** * Participate in both strategic and operational activities within the Production Engineering department, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. * Specify, develop, procure, install, and optimize production equipment, ensuring performance, reliability, and alignment with production targets. * Drive continuous improvement of production processes and methods, including monitoring KPIs such as OEE, efficiency, yields, and downtime. * Create and maintain technical documentation, including work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and ERP system updates (e.g., operation times). * Provide hands-on support to production teams, troubleshooting engineering issues and collaborating with cro
