We are looking for a **Production Engineer.** **What will you do?** The Product Engineer will be responsible for implement the correct balancing of the production lines, ensuring that the Production Area can meet the volumes on time, quantity and quality required, as well as planning the number of direct personnel, according to the client's requirement, to ensure the efficiency of the operation, deliveries to the client, generating the calculated standard hours. Additionally, the Production Engineer will be responsible to implement Ergonomics, Safety, Industrial Engineering Standards, Headcount Analysis and contribute to quality, productivity & delivery, and cost. **How will you do it?** * Comply with activities specified in JCI Safety Commitment Letter. * Participate in Safety Subcommittees and Safety Audits as required. * Authority to perform and execute all roles and responsibilities assigned. * Participate in the safety and environmental goals established by the company. * Report unsafe acts and conditions, in addition to near misses. * Participate, reinforce, and follow the internal work regulations regarding safety. * Proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment. * Participate in internal and external audits of the environmental and safety management system.
