INEOS Olefins and Polymers USA Job title Production Engineer Location Battleground Manufacturing Complex – La Porte, TX Closing date June 11, 2026 # Organizational context and job purpose **Organizational Context and Job Purpose** The Olefins & Polymers USA division of INEOS is one of the largest producers of olefins and polyolefins in North America. From its manufacturing locations at Chocolate Bayou and the Battleground Manufacturing Complex, it is a merchant marketer of butadiene, ethylene, polypropylene and high-density polyethylene with annual revenue of over $4b. The 300-acre INEOS Battleground Manufacturing Complex (BMC) was originally built in 1956 and is located on the Houston ship channel east of Houston, Texas. The site is comprised of 7 polyethylene lines; 1 polypropylene line; a 20 MW Cogen facility; and a state-of-the-art polyolefin technical center that supports research and development, technical services and quality assurance. In 2017, a new world-scale bimodal polyethylene unit was brought online to manufacture high-density polyethylene. **_How the Role Fits In_** The Production Engineer will provide daily engineering support to ensure, stable, complaint and efficient operations of chemical manufacturing units. The Production Engineer will act as the primary technical resources for Operations and Maintenance support, troubleshooting and performance monitoring. # # Responsibilities AND Accountabilities The position is accountable for understanding and putting into practice the INEOS 20 Principles.
