Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Production Engineer to support the industrialization, scaling, and continuous improvement of advanced aerospace manufacturing operations, with an initial focus on composite manufacturing processes and production support. This role will work directly alongside the Principal Production Engineer to help develop and mature manufacturing systems, support production readiness activities, improve throughput, and assist in transferring knowledge, processes, and best practices from multiple sites into the company’s primary manufacturing hub in or near Virginia. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly as production scales. This individual will serve as a key bridge between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and production teams to ensure operational success.
