What You'll Achieve.
Ensure that products are produced consistently and efficiently to specified quality and operational standards to be shipped to customers on time; Manage to KPI’s; Meeting Quality, Safety, Reliability, and Cost targets; increase Autonomous Maintenance knowledge; improve Operations measures; improve Operations measures in the areas of capacity growth, production efficiencies, Quality, and Safety

Willingness to work off shift (including nights, weekends, and/or holidays) and flow to the work as needed, Must be willing to travel at least 10%, available after hours/weekends, operates in a manufacturing environment, noise level can be high, Regularly required to talk and hear, Frequently required to walk; use hands and fingers to handle or and reach with hands and arms, Occasionally required to climb or and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, Able to lift objects up to 50 pounds frequently, May push and pull heavy equipment, Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years of manufacturing operational experience managing people and teams, Priority setting, Problem solving, Decisive, Proactive, Strategic in decision making
Nice to Have
bachelor’s degree is an engineering or technical degree, Food processing or manufacturing experience, Experience in a high-performance work environment, Work effectively across organization boundaries and with diverse teams, Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and listening skills, organization skills, Experience directing and managing vendors, willing to travel at least 10%, available after hours/weekends

Team & Collaboration
Work with all plant functions; Develop capability and leadership characteristics in Area Leaders, Process Engineers, Controls Leader, and Advanced Technical Leadership; Manage and leverage relationships with R&D and corporate engineering; Set plant direction by contributing to the Plant Leadership team; Execute effective communication to all levels of the organization; Work effectively across organization boundaries and with diverse teams
