This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in GMP-regulated, sterile or aseptic environments who thrives in fast-paced production settings. 2nd Shift Hours: 2 PM - 10:30 PM **Your Profile:** **What You’ll Do** * Lead and supervise 2nd Shift production operations * Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and safety standards * Execute production schedules and drive efficiency * Review batch records, SOPs, and production documentation * Investigate deviations and support continuous improvement * Coach, train, and develop manufacturing staff **What You Bring** * 5–7+ years of pharma manufacturing or packaging experience * Experience in sterile/aseptic processing required * Proven team leadership skills * Strong knowledge of GMP operations and documentation * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred **Why This Role** * Lead a dedicated 2nd shift team of Compounders, Aseptic Filling Operators and Component Prep technicians * High-impact role in a regulated pharmaceutical environment * Opportunity to drive quality, safety, and operational excellence Target Salary Range: $100,000 - 120,000 _Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience,
