Trove Brands is seeking a full-time Production Coordinator to join our in-house creative team. This role will play a key part in supporting the planning, logistics, and execution of commercial shoots and photoshoots for our brands. We’re seeking a resourceful, detail-oriented problem solver who excels in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, enjoys collaborating across teams, and can adapt quickly to the challenges of live production. This is an in-office position based in Lehi, Utah. Support Producers throughout all phases of pre-production, production, and post-production. Understand commercial production workflows and on-set processes. Assist with building production templates, call sheets, and production books. Provide updates on priorities, schedule status, and crew confirmations. Serve as a proxy for Producers in meetings and communications when needed. Anticipate and communicate production issues, offering proactive solutions.
