What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training in broadcasting, media production, or a related field preferred., At least three years of hands-on television broadcast or live production (both linear and digital) experience preferred., Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in operating production control room equipment., Hands-on expertise with news production tools, vMix, audio mixers, studio lighting, teleprompter systems, and studio cameras., attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately under time pressure., Excellent communication skills for coordinating technical cues in high-pressure, live situations., Ability to maintain composure and adaptability during breaking news and high-stakes events., Commitment to teamwork and technical excellence., Quick reaction skills for error correction during live broadcasts., Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operation, including various shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
