2+ years manufacturing experience, 2+ years production control experience, 2+ years production coordination experience, 2+ years operations experience, 2+ years supply chain experience, Fast-paced manufacturing environment experience, Organizational skills, Problem-solving skills, Manage multiple priorities, Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Ability to work cross-functionally, Ability to identify risks, Drive issue resolution, Lift up to 25 lbs, Stand for 8+ hours
Nice to Have
Aerospace manufacturing experience, Defense manufacturing experience, Electronics manufacturing experience, Cable assembly manufacturing experience, Wire harness manufacturing experience, Production control experience, Material planning experience, Inventory management experience, Work order management experience, Lean manufacturing principles familiarity, MES experience, ERP experience, Manufacturing execution systems experience, SQL savvy, PowerBI savvy, Large data set-analysis savvy
What You'll Do.
Manage daily execution of work orders
Monitor work order status
Ensure production teams have materials
Ensure production teams have documentation
Ensure production teams have tooling
Ensure production teams have support
Track production holds
Track production shortages
Track production blockers
Coordinate with Inventory to resolve issues
Coordinate with Supply Chain to resolve issues
Coordinate with Engineering to resolve issues
Coordinate with Quality to resolve issues
Facilitate work order releases
Facilitate work order closures
Facilitate status updates
Maintain production status reporting
Follow up on action items
Ensure timely closure of issues
Monitor schedule adherence
Escalate risks to delivery
Assist with clear-to-build reviews
Assist with readiness assessments
Ensure production data accuracy
Ensure production priorities accuracy
Ensure system transactions accuracy
Coordinate engineering changes
Coordinate rework activity
Coordinate disposition actions
Maintain visibility into labor loading
