What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED equivalent, Mechanical/analytical abilities, understanding of the production process, Ability to gain proficiency in computer operation in programs such as Excel and SAP, Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets, Safely operate a lift truck, Ability to read and interpret documents such as inventory reports, operating procedures to ensure inventory is audited and accurate, Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational ability to lead others through change, Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment, Skill in organization and prioritization, and attention to detail, team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines, Ability to work in manufacturing environment which includes but not limited to: noise, changing temperatures (hot, wet, cold, humid), standing/walkingending/stooping/climbing stairs, maneuvering around manufacturing equipment consistently throughout the shift, Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs, Must have or the ability to obtain a lift truck certification, Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, Shift flexibility

Ensure correct system goods issue

Track-down and rectify entry errors
Ensure packaging materials are backflushed
Close appropriate process order
Recommends changes to manufacturing procedures
Maintains inventory cycle count programs
Perform daily cycle counts
Reconcile inventory discrepancies
Assists in developing solutions to shortages
Assists with planning and scheduling daily operations
Verifies that all products meet specifications
Communicate errors to logistics
Ensure that all system transactions are accurate

The Production Coordinator role provides analysis of the Production Execution transactions that occur on the shop floor and ensures prompt closure of process orders. Acting as a liaison between operators and supervisors, the role identifies efficiency opportunities during shifts. It also manages inventory control by maintaining accurate counts and communicating needs to warehouse leadership. **How You Will Make Contributions That Matter** * Review open process orders by running various reports through SAP. * Ensure the correct system goods issue (GI) and documentation of ingredients and raw materials * Ensure correct system goods receipt (GR) and documentation of output materials * Work with stakeholders to track-down and rectify entry errors. * Ensure packaging and other non-batch managed materials are correctly backflushed through each process order. * Once all movements are confirmed, corrected and balanced, close appropriate process order. * Create cycle counts of ZMIL and ZSFG materials as directed. * Recommends changes to manufacturing procedures when necessary to maintain product specifications, minimize waste, improve efficiencies and reduce operating costs. * Maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs. * Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies. * Assists in developing solutions to shortages, overages and inventory discrepancies. * Assists with planning and scheduling daily operations of the plant to make the most efficient and effective use of personnel and equipment in producing the desires quality and quantity of products. * Verifies that all products meet specifications and quality standards before shipment t
