Must Have
Experience working directly with clients and on-screen talent, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with organisational capability, Confidence in managing large crew teams during pre-production and event time, Experience working with international teams and stakeholders where English is not a first language (essential)

What You'll Do.
Provide key production coordination support across the production
working closely with the Production Management team to ensure the smooth running of the production in the office
Organise shoots and onsite bookings
Book and coordinate crew
Liaise with third‑party suppliers and process invoices as required
Liaise with internal departments (including Legal
and Immigration) to assist with securing visas and work permits when required
Create and distribute detailed call sheets and risk assessments
Track costs on a daily basis
Troubleshoot and respond to ad‑hoc production queries and duties in conjunction with the Production Manager
Complete post‑production paperwork
Maintain effective working relationships with internal facility providers and external suppliers
Assist with the creation and distribution of production documentation
Champion IMG’s Diversity
and Inclusion initiatives and actively support the organisation’s mental health programmes
Assist in implementing all health and safety procedures
Work closely with colleagues across pre‑production
and post‑production to support IMG’s GreenToScreen sustainability goals and reduce the production’s carbon footprint wherever possible
Carry out other duties within the scope and purpose of the role as required
