Must Have
High school diploma or equivalency, 2+ years manufacturing, shipping, or logistics experience, 2+ years supporting administrative processes, Experience with MRP/ERP/MES, Familiar with MS Office suite, Experience with reporting features, Must be a U. S. Person
Nice to Have
2+ years handling parts in manufacturing, Experience organizing files and documents, Inventory experience, Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing, APICS certification, Lean Manufacturing Principles
What You'll Do.
Monitor and track parts
Move parts through production flow
Coordinate physical movement of parts
Ensure parts are handled properly
Coordinate off site processing of parts
Support manufacturing/production teams
Support supply chain teams
Support inventory teams
Assist with resolution of inventory inaccuracies
Work with production managers
Ensure metrics driven action requirements are completed
Develop and maintain reports
Communicate part status to leadership
Communicate estimated completion dates
Support logistics process
Support management of material certifications
Prevent use of uncertified materials
Support production personnel
Support inventory personnel
Process return to stock actions
Process inventory purge actions
Organize production tooling library
Maintain calibration database
Support production cells
Manage work order activities
