Position Summary: The Production Coordinator supports the planning and execution of touring production operations by coordinating logistics, travel, staffing, payroll, and administrative functions for live events and tours. Working closely with production teams, artists, vendors, and venue personnel, this role ensures operational details are executed efficiently both in the office and on the road. Essential Functions: Coordinate tour logistics, including travel, accommodations, ground transportation, and venue-related arrangements for artists, crew, and internal teams. Support production staffing efforts by coordinating the hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and payroll administration of runners and temporary event personnel. Assist with advancing show and venue operations, including hospitality, catering, backstage requirements, local staffing, and day-of-show logistics.
