Work Schedule: Saturday to Monday 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Relocation provided, Able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, as well as overtime, when necessary., U. S. citizen or national, U. S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U. S. as a refugee or granted asylum., Background Check, Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) background check if at any time the role requires one to be on a military installation, Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training., Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
0-2+ years of professional manufacturing experience in production or manufacturing planning and scheduling or operations, 0-2+ years of practical experience with ERP/MRP systems in production environment, Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project), Ability to thrive in a high energy, high growth multifaceted environment, Excellent communication skills, Able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, as well as overtime, when necessary.
Nice to Have
Experience in manufacturing or production environment, Bachelor’s degree in operations management, supply chain management, or similar field, Experience establishing new schedules and performing complete overhauls/replans of existing schedules, Experience leveraging existing data sets to provide analytics insight, Experience in aerospace research and development and manufacturing environments, Proven record of hands-on development and implementation of company-wide process improvements
