Full Job Description
****THE ROLE**** Avocado is currently looking for a Production Control Coordinator to be part of the Supply Chain team. You will be reporting to the Planning Manager. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules within a mattress/soft goods manufacturing environment to support on-time delivery, efficient labor utilization, and balanced workflow. This role works closely with production, purchasing, customer service, logistics, and warehouse teams to align manufacturing capacity with customer demand. This position also plays a key role in supporting and driving utilization of the NetSuite ERP system throughout the production floor. Responsibilities include monitoring and auditing work orders, inventory transactions, and production reporting to ensure data accuracy and proper processing through each stage of manufacturing. The Production Control Coordinator will help promote accountability, identify system or process issues, and support continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity. _*__Note on Location_ _: You will be working on-site at one of our Fullerton locations.
