Must Have

High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production control, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, materials management, or a related field, Basic mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications, Experience utilizing ERP, MRP, inventory management, or manufacturing systems, Ability to read and interpret work orders, inventory reports, and production schedules, Organizational skills, Attention to detail, Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, Authorized to work in the United States

AST SpaceMobile is building the first and only global cellular broadband network in space to operate directly with standard, unmodified mobile devices based on our extensive IP and patent portfolio and designed for both commercial and government applications. Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected. This position is based in our satellite production facility in Midland, TX. AST SpaceMobile is building the first and only global cellular broadband network in space to operate directly with standard, unmodified mobile devices based on our extensive IP and patent portfolio and designed for both commercial and government applications. Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected. Position Overview AST Space Mobile is seeking a Production Control Associate who is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials, parts, and work orders throughout the production process to ensure materials are available to support manufacturing schedules and customer delivery requirements. This position supports production control activities by monitoring inventory, work-in-process (WIP), material shortages, and production priorities to maintain operational efficiency and schedule adherence. The Production Expediter works closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure the timely movement of materials and products through the manufacturing process. Base Pay is $22 Shift Schedules 1st Shift – Days: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p. m. (4x10 schedule) with paid lunch and breaks 2nd Shift – Nights: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 p.m.–4:00 a. m. (4x10 schedule) with a 10% shift differential and paid lunch and breaks 3rd
