Blacksburg, VA Moog Space and Defense Group is the operating group with the longest heritage at Moog. Our team in Space & Defense is looking for a Production Coach (Supervisor) to join them. You will report to the Value Stream Manager or Production Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Blacksburg, VA. To be considered for Production Coach (Supervisor), you will need: * Associate degree and a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience or high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of direct supervision experience. * Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. * Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control standards. * Excellent communication and team management abilities. As a Production Coach (Supervisor), you will: * Ensure the use of safety devices, equipment, personal protective equipment, general housekeeping and is constantly alert for hazardous conditions.
