Must Have

What You'll Do.

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support in the day-to-day management of machine shop operations

coordination with external vendors

receipt and verification of raw materials

maintenance of active and completed job files

Monitor and support operational processes to ensure they are functioning effectively and achieving intended outcomes

Support management by providing input on the performance of the Quality Management System (QMS)

Promote and reinforce a customer-focused culture through daily activities and interactions

Assist in maintaining the integrity

and ongoing effectiveness of the Quality Management System

Perform all assigned duties in alignment with organizational goals

and performance expectations

Safely operate company vehicles to procure supplies and to pick up or deliver materials in support of business needs

Assist with shop floor activities as required
