1–2 years in a production environment (photo, film, or events), Solution-Oriented Mindset, Calm
Nice to Have
Organisation additional languages are a bonus, Styling Eye: A natural sense of aesthetics and attention to detail in interior spaces is a big plus
What You'll Do.
Coordinate end-to-end logistics for property photoshoots
Act as the primary on-site "fixer"
Own prop and equipment management
Assist with set styling and digital captures
Oversee the post-shoot wrap-up process
Support production administration
Facilitate cross-functional communication

Team & Collaboration
working directly with creatives; bridge between the production team and local property managers
