Full Job Description
## What are you going to do? Administrative Support * Provide direct administrative support to the Director of Production and Assembly leadership team * Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for production-related activities * Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action items * Maintain organized records, files, and documentation (digital and physical) Production & Assembly Coordination * Track work orders, job statuses, and assembly progress as needed. * Support coordination between assembly, warehouse, and works office. * Help ensure documentation (assembly instructions, checklists, drawings) is up to date and accessible. Data Tracking & Reporting * Maintain production reports, KPI tracking, and daily/weekly summaries * Enter and update data in systems (ERP, SAP, or internal tracking tools like 24Flow * Assist in preparing reports for leadership meetings and operational reviews * Manage time keeping for production associates Training & Onboarding Support * Coordinate onboarding schedules for new assembly team members * Prepare training materials and assist with session logistics. Communication & Cross-Functional Support * Act as a point of contact between assembly, HR, warehouse, and management * Assist in drafting internal communications, updates, and announcements. * Support coordination with external vendors or contractors when needed Office & Operational Support * Order and manage office and shop administrative supplies. * Support organization of workspaces, documentation boards, and communication boards · Assist with audits, safety documentation, and compliance tracking. ## Requirements ## We ask * High school diploma or equivalent * 2+ years of administrative support experience (manufacturing or production environment preferred) * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Preferred * Experience supporting
