About the Role Tonal is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented part-time Production Assistant to support day-to-day studio operations and ensure smooth execution of live and pre-recorded fitness content. This role is highly hands-on, requiring strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, dependable, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic studio production environment. What You Will Do - Support daily studio setup and breakdown, including preparing stage, lighting, props, and talent needs for all scheduled shoots - Assist with on-set execution by advancing slides, cueing timers, tracking reps, and supporting lighting cues during classes - Prepare and reset the stage between shoots, ensuring accuracy of equipment, cleanliness, and readiness for upcoming content - Capture thumbnail and supporting photos for production needs - Partner with directors and producers during blocking to ensure alignment on class flow, equipment, and on-screen materials - Monitor and flag any inconsistencies or issue
