1–3 years’ experience in manufacturing, Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, Proficiency with hand tools, Proficiency with power tools, Proficiency with pneumatic equipment, Familiarity with measurement tools, Familiarity with torquing practices, Familiarity with fitting practices, Familiarity with alignment practices, Mechanical aptitude, Problem-solving skills, Troubleshooting skills, Reliable and punctual, Ability to work regular shifts, Ability to work overtime, Physical ability to stand for extended periods, Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, Ability to work in elevated spaces, Ability to work in confined spaces, Ability to wear required PPE
