SENIOR FLEXONICS CANADA (flexonics.com), is a division of Senior Plc and headquartered in Brampton, ON. Our industrial operations manufactures / distributes engineered expansion joints, dampers, diverters, flexible hose assemblies and other systems that accommodate movement in piping systems. The primary market served is Nuclear Power Generation, also covers Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial Processing, Pulp & Paper, and HVAC We are looking for a motivated Production Administrator /Coordinator based in our Brampton Office representing our operations which manufactures piping system expansion joints, dampers, diverters and flexible hose assemblies. The Production Administrator /Coordinator is a key member of the production team, reporting to the Production Manager while maintaining a close working relationship with the Production Team. * Create and maintain the daily and weekly production schedule. * First point of contact with Sales personnel regarding the status and/or expedition of orders and regularly interface with them to maintain accurate updated information of the production schedule. * Review production schedules with Plant Manager to determine progress of work, completion dates and make changes as necessary to service customers with best available dates possible. * Printing of all work order packets and distribute to production floor. * Analyze work orders in coordination with Production Manager and Plant Manager to determine production schedules. * Perform other related duties as assigned. ## Qualifications * 2-5 years of production administration/coordinating experience in a Custom manufacturing environment required. * High School or College Diploma required. * Knowledge of overall flow of orders and shipments necessary. * Possesses good communication, leadership and time management skills. * Possesses strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. * Possess the work independently and multi-task in fast paced environment. * Proficient us
